KeraMi&Co Workshop Studio – Terms of Service

Welcome to KeraMi&Co Workshop Studio. By booking or participating in our workshops, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All workshop bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.

  • The workshop fee must be paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed, in which case payment can be made up until the day of the workshop.

  • Workshop fees do not include the cost of bisque pieces, which are purchased separately during the workshop.

2. Workshop Participation

  • Workshops are open to all participants aged 5 and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Participants are expected to respect the studio space, staff, and other attendees.

  • KeraMi&Co reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who behaves inappropriately or poses a safety risk.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

  • Workshop fees are non-transferable except in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

4. Health and Safety

  • Participants must inform KeraMi&Co of any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to the workshop.

  • KeraMi&Co provides safety instructions and expects all participants to follow them.

  • Participation is at your own risk; KeraMi&Co is not liable for minor injuries resulting from normal workshop activities.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All workshop content, including instructions, techniques, and designs, are the intellectual property of KeraMi&Co.

  • Participants may keep their created ceramic pieces, but copying, reproducing, or selling our workshop materials without permission is prohibited.

6. Photography and Social Media

  • KeraMi&Co may take photos or videos during workshops for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, you consent to the use of images that may include you or your work, unless you notify us otherwise.

7. Liability

  • KeraMi&Co is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the workshop.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during booking or participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

  • KeraMi&Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.
